We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from rtspicesonline. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Products must be unopened and unused.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of our error.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
